BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE BCAADA
COLOR BROCHURE - Distribution is 35,000 a year to tourist outlets and member shops. The brochure is an attractive four-color pictorial and informative way of advertising our members. There is a user-friendly map which references each dealer’s listing.
WEBSITE - Our web site is designed to support the brochure and to drive traffic to your store and web site. Each member has a “home page” on the Association web site which includes interior and exterior store shots as well as descriptive copy. Members are also encouraged to post newsworthy events such as art openings, auctions, eBay links, new shipments, etc. in our “What’s New” section which is updated weekly.
ADVERTISING / PROMOTION - BCAADA places display and classified ads promoting our web site in major northeast publications such as the Magazine Antiques, Maine Antique Digest, Antiques And The Arts Weekly, Berkshire Living, Passport (a quarterly publication from the Litchfield County Times), and various local cultural programs. Additionally, the Association advertises on several Berkshires-related web sites, including Berkshires.org and JustTheBerkshires. Members who participate in major shows distribute Association brochures at them, and visitors centers booths receive regular deliveries of our brochures.
