Elise Abrams Antiquesis known as the source and resource for Fine Antiques for Dining having the largest collection of sets of antique porcelain, stemware and dining accessories in the country....perhaps in the world. Elise has collected glass and porcelain for over 30 years and her passion for creating unique and magnificent table settings, culminated in the establishment of Elise Abrams Antiques.
The 3000 sq. ft. showroom features dining tables set with stemware, dinner, dessert and service plates. Showcases feature Minton, Royal Worcester, Coalport, Spode, Cauldon, Royal Crown Derby, Doulton, Copeland, Wedgwood and Masons. There are also dessert services by Ridgways, Wedgwood, "Vieux Paris", Davenport, Chamberlains and Copelands, hand painted with landscapes and botanical specimens.
Dining tables feature magnificent centerpieces, epergnes, candlesticks and silver, by Gorham, Reed and Barton, Tiffany, and Jensen. There are also complete dinner services with serving pieces and decorative dessert, fish and game sets accompanied by boxed sets of cutlery with mother-of-pearl, bone and ivory handles by Walker and Hall, Birks, Mappin and Webb and Sheffield. As the author of the book "Hand Painted Porcelain Plates", her passion for hand painted, artist signed game, fish and floral services and single examples of cabinet plates will delight the eye!
Extraordinary 19th c. showcases display stemware, decanters and vases by Baccarat, Steuben, Hawkes, L. C. Tiffany, Pairpoint, Moser, Webb, Val St. Lambert, St. Louis, Murano, Fry, Dorflinger, Lobmeyr, Stevens & Williams and major Bohemian makers. There are innumerable examples of elegant hand blown, wheel-cut, cut to clear, enameled and gilded complete services for 12. The sets of Venetian glass with enameling, gilding, latticino and figural dolphins, dragons and swans in every color are extraordinary. From one piece to a complete service, Elise will expertly guide the decorator, novice and most experienced collector in the creation of a one-of-a-kind table setting.
